Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy and provide a simple way to request the permanent deletion of your ShareStory account and all associated data.

Option 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)

If you still have the app installed, the fastest way to delete your data is:

  1. Open ShareStory
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Edit Profile
  4. Tap Delete Account

This will immediately remove your profile, stories, and friend associations from our active database.

Option 2: Web Request

If you no longer have the app installed, please click the button below to send a deletion request via email. Please include the email address or phone number associated with your account.

Note: Upon receiving a web request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
